Squeeze Technique

At Forteman®, we consider ourselves experts and want to make sure to provide a full range of information on how people can treat premature ejaculation. In conjunction with our spray, we are believers in the Squeeze Technique which is also knows as the Masters-Johnson Method as it was developed by the famous sex therapists and researchers William Masters and Virginia Johnson.

Squeeze Technique

As is the case with many things, repetition is key to success lasting longer in bed. This practice can be done individually, with a partner, or during normal intercourse. In simple terms, the Squeeze Technique is a method of applying firm pressure on the penis, the urethra specifically, with your thumb and forefinger to repress the ejaculatory process and decrease sexual tension. Once the feeling of impending ejaculation subsides, you can release the pressure and again begin the process of bringing yourself to orgasm and applying pressure.

We suggest setting time goals for your practice so that you can see how you are progressing in your efforts to stop premature ejaculation. While the average woman reaches orgasm within 15 to 20 minutes, your partners’ duration needs might vary greatly. Used in combination with Forteman®, we believe the Squeeze Technique can be successful.
